| ARRIVAL TIME: | Camping from Friday Noon to Tuesday Noon. |
| AUTHENTIC CAMPS: | All fires MUST be raised with sand under it. NO TURFS TO BE CUT failure to do this could result in being asked to leave the site. The organisers will check. See Peter Holt for sand. |
| REGISTRATION FEE: | £3 |
| LIVING HISTORY: | This is a Living History event only, because of the nature of the event there will be no firing allowed. |
| ACTIVITY TIMES: | Saturday, Sunday and Monday:
09:00 - 17:00 Military Displays Operational. Please note that timings may be changed by the organisers. |
| BREAK CAMP: | This will be after 17:00 on Monday. |
| EXTRA SPECIAL NOTICES: | NO ANIMALS ie DOGS ARE ALLOWED ON SITE AT ANY TIME. Unfortunately, the organisers have been let down by their wood supplier and this means we have to bring our own. The water supply is from the mains and is safe to drink. There are showers on site for our use. There are also restaurants and bars on site which we have access to. |
