NOTICE OF DIRECTOR CHANGES

The following changes to the Board of Directors have recently occurred:

1. Melissa Huntley resigned as a Director and Company Secretary, for personal reasons, effective from 26-Jul-2025.
    
2. On 26-Jul-2025, the Board voted unanimously to co-opt Linda Reed to the position of Company Secretary and as a full Director with the right to vote until the next AGM held December 2025 where she can stand for re-election as Company Secretary.

The Chairman thanks Melissa for her service as Company Secretary on behalf of the Society and the Board of Directors.
