In Memoriam

John Ewers

Sad news everyone, Provost Corporal, John Ewers, 118th Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, passed away 27th of September last. His funeral service took place at Gloucester Crematorium on the 17th October.

John was a long standing ACWS and Soskan re enactor, I was with him in the 6th Wisconsin, then in 1998 with him in the 20th Maine, then from 2003 we were in the 118th Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry.

A kind man and sad loss.
